Community centres get a face lift.

Labour is always proud to report success stories in our community. None more so then the continuing success of the Forest Fields Play Centre, 131 Russell Rd, Forest Fields. The centre was established 34 years ago and had gone from strength to strength thanks to years of hard work and dedication from staff and parents. The Labour led City Council have always supported the Centre, providing funding for the premises, staffing and running costs.
New Street Lighting thanks to Labour

Basford will be among the first parts of Nottingham to get new street lighting under a multi-million pound initiative. Labour led Nottingham City Council, supported by Basford’s Labour Councillors have undertake a venture which will see most lighting columns in the city replaced or upgraded in the next 5 years.
